Alas. Dwarves... though innocent enough themselves, provide a large variety of problems.

Firstly... Dwarves bring about guns and gunpowder. Archidet is simply not ready for this.

Secondly... Dwarves bring about Mithril. I hate to say it but i am against mithril being used in roleplays. It unbalances things.
I mean... you have one side dressed in common chainmail and leather armor... and another in the strongest metal known to man that is also as light as a feather? Powerplay much?

Bleh.

In the future we'll probably have a 'design your own race' competition or something. We have a couple of unoccupied areas on the map (:

Until then we would like everyone to stick to the provided races to avoid confusion and confliction with the lore.

Is it possible for out charcters to be in two places at once? Though impossible from a certain stand point, it is also impossible for one board to be interconnected with another board, right? So, in essence, we have the ability to create multiple selves within the different threads?

But this brings me onto Gnomes in WoW.
Gnomes are technologically far more advanced than any other race for their time. The Orc and Tauren still live in huts, while gnomes can make flying machines etc..

I'd say it's all about intellect/willing to blow one's self up in the name of science.

But I wouldn't want a RP with guns - They're god moddy.. How many times can you realistically dodge a bullet?

Aye, feel free to place your characters in as many boards as you wish.
Just make sure it's logical. You wouldn't be found in both Shrenks land and Duke Stronghelm's lands unless you were a prisoner of one or the other.

We also stopped any conflicts in technology by simply ignoring the concept of gnomes too.

It seems to me you all have been reading R.A.Salvatore and taking ideas about gnomes from him...that was his worst set of novels I'm not going to lie, The Spearweilders Trilogy....
