It depends on what you mean by 'shape them'. They have a very simple lifestyle, I never actually intended on people making one They're only there because they are sentient and thus deserve their own threads. For an Anja I'd quite like a fellow Riverfoot for my Anja in Steel Raven Village, preferably male as I'm going to evolve this character fairly largely. If you are interested in making a character to become directly intertwined with my Anja, please send me a PM and we can brainstorm I can't brainstorm here as it would give away too much information about said character.

Simple lifestyle does not necessarily mean they cannot have a rich culture and a civilization. By shaping them I mean creating just that.
And I might be interested in creating a Anja to roleplay with yours... but for some reason I cannot pm you.

Indeed. I always imagined centaurs as having the lungs in the human half, with much larger lungs than humans. Perhaps extra ribs for protection. The heart would have to be in the horse half. Large too, like a giraffes is large because it has to pump blood higher up against the force of gravity.
The problem then is that you have half a horse chest cavity empty. Unless You replace the human liver and stomach for more lung capacity and enlarge the liver and stomach area in the horse half.
It's an interesting train of thought though.
As for character concepts,
You could go for a priest of Aeiseth that is hiding a murder he commited. Aeiseth is essentially the female form of jesus and God combined. When i get my university assignments out of the way i'll be writing up some more information on this particular diety. As well as stealing some tales of the Norse Gods and adapting them for the Elves.

I still say the entire stomach is in the human half, whereas everything else is in the horse half.
Pie eating contests, people.

Can't PM me? I'll PM you and see if it goes through. If all else fails I have alternative methods of getting it conversed in private.

Well... human lungs would be too small to suffice so a increased lungsize would be imperative. Extra ribs is probable due to the need of extra large lungs. The liver and stomage would have to be in the horsepart of their body since they need their human body for lung capacity.
