Geomancy (there is no –kinesis) is the manipulation of essentially dirt with the mind. It is considered a fairly pointless form of magic as it has few to no implementations and is practically not an actual form of magic due to its indistinguishability to telekinesis (the only difference being geomancy is specifically the manipulation of dirt or rock).
Nevertheless, geomancers remain stuck to their thinking that it is entirely different and is a form of magic. It holds some ground, animating a rock monster is something that doesn’t fall under conventional telekinesis.
A geomancer cannot cause things to grow or heal, that is impossible. A geomancer also cannot create a rock monster with its own mind, that is equally impossible, but they can animate a rock monster that is under their absolute control (every movement must be animated by the geomancer) but requires a large amount of energy. Most rock monsters drain the geomancer of all his energy during their existence.
Geomancy is a joke amongst conventional magi, and once the last geomancers have died it will be erased from the books as a form of magic.
